At a review hearing on 23 April 2026, the Interim Orders Committee continued the suspension on Mr Gropean’s registration for the remainder of the 12 months High Court Extension order. An interim order of conditions was originally imposed on 9 February 2023 for 18 months. At a review hearing on 22 October 2025, the Interim Orders Committee revoked the conditions and imposed an interim order of suspension. The interim order has been extended by the High Court as follows: - On 5 August 2024, extended for 12 months. - On 4 August 2025, extended for 6 months. On 6 February 2026, the High Court extended the interim order for 12 months. This will be reviewed within 6 months.
