At a review hearing on 08 May 2025 the Interim Orders Committee revoked the conditions previously imposed on Mr Luniya's registration and replaced them with an order for suspension for the remainder of the 12 month High Court extension order. An interim order of conditions was originally imposed on 23 November 2023, for 15 months. On 18 February 2025 the High Court extended the order for a further 12 months. This will be reviewed in 6 months.
