At a review hearing on 8 August 2025 the Interim Orders Committee continued the suspension on Mr Luniya's registration for the remainder of the 12 month High Court extension. An interim order of suspension was originally imposed on 23 November 2023. At a review hearing on 10 May 2024, the Interim Orders Committee revoked the suspension and imposed an interim order of conditions which was imposed from 10 May 2024. At a review hearing on 8 May 2025, the Interim Orders Committee revoked the conditions and imposed an interim order of suspension which was imposed from 8 May 2025. On 18 February 2025, the High Court extended the order for a further 12 months. This will be reviewed in 6 months.
