Registration History:

On 29 November 2024, the Professional Conduct Committee made an order to erase Mr Singh from the register and ordered that their registration be suspended immediately. On 19 December 2024, Mr Singh appealed against the decision. His registration will remain suspended pending the resolution of the appeal. On 15 July 2025 The appeal was allowed in respect of grounds 1 and 2 and the findings on charges 7b and 9a relating to dishonesty and misleading conduct and the sanction of erasure have been quashed. The case has been remitted back to a differently constituted PCC to determine sanction.
