At a review hearing on 6 December 2024, the Interim Orders Committee continued the suspension on Mr Matharu's registration for the remainder of the 12 month High Court order. The order was originally imposed on 31 March 2020 for 18 months. On 3 September 2021 the High Court extended the order for 12 months. On 30 August 2022 the High Court extended the order for a further 12 months. On 13 September 2023 the High Court extended the order again for a further 12 months. On 27 September 2024 the High Court extended the order for the fourth time for a further 12 months. This will be reviewed within 6 months.
