On 19 February 2026, the Professional Conduct Committee suspended Mr Bangalore Shasi for a period of 12 months. This will be reviewed before the end of the order. The Committee also ordered that their registration be suspended immediately. On 23 March 2026, Mr Bangalore Shasi appealed to the High Court against the PCC’s decision. The immediate order of suspension is also subject to challenge but will remain in place pending a decision by the Court.
