At a review hearing on 5 October 2026, the Interim Orders Committee continued the suspension on Mr Caldeira’s registration for the remainder of the High Court extension. An interim was order was originally imposed from 31 January 2025 for 18 months. On 23 July 2026, the High Court extended the order for a further 12 months. This will be reviewed in 6 months.

At a review hearing on 27 May 2026, the Interim Orders Committee continued the suspension on Mr Caldeira's registration for the remainder of the 18 month order. The interim order was originally imposed from 30 December 2025. This will be reviewed in 6 months. Please note that Mr Caldeira is currently subject to two different restrictions.
