At a review hearing on 22 July 2026 the Interim Orders Committee continued the suspension on Mr Nduku’s registration for the remainder of the 12 month order. The interim order was originally imposed from 19 August 2025.
On 10 August 2026, the High Court extended the order for a further 12 months. This will be reviewed in 3 months.
