At a review hearing on 1 July 2026, the Interim Orders Committee continued the suspension on Ms Trembath’s registration for the remainder of the High Court extension order. The interim order was originally imposed from 31 October 2024. On 28 April 2026, the High Court extended the interim order for 5 months. This interim order is due to expire on 30 September 2026 and the GDC will be applying to the High Court for an extension of it. In the event that such an application is granted, the order will be reviewed in accordance with the GDC's statutory requirements.

On 26 August 2026 the Professional Conduct Committee made an order to erase Ms Trembath from the register and ordered that her registration be suspended immediately. [within appeal period]
