The Case Examiners considered allegations that the Registrant’s fitness to practise is impaired by reason of the statutory grounds of misconduct, health, and conviction. The allegations relate to convictions related to two driving convictions, a failure to advise the GDC of these convictions and of a criminal charge, and of having an adverse health condition between January 2020 and June 2021. The Case Examiners determined that there was a real prospect of all of the factual allegations being found proved and of each of the statutory grounds having a real prospect of being established by a Practice Committee. The Case Examiners determined there was a real prospect of the Registrant’s current fitness to practise being found to be impaired. However, rather than refer these matters to a Practice Committee the Case Examiners have agreed with the Registrant to a set of undertakings with the Registrant for a period of 24 months. PUBLIC 1 He must notify the GDC promptly of any post he accepts for which GDC registration is required and the Commissioning Body on whose Dental Performers List he is included within 7 days. 2 If employed, he must provide contact details of his employer and allow the GDC to exchange information with his employer or any contracting body for which he provides dental services. 3 He must inform the GDC of any formal disciplinary proceedings taken against him, from the date these undertakings take effect. 4 He must inform the GDC if he applies for dental employment outside the UK.

Public 15. He must inform promptly the following parties that his registration is subject to the undertakings listed above: a. Any organisation or person employing or contracting with him to undertake dental work; b. Any prospective employer (at the time of application); c. The Commissioning Body in whose Dental Performers List he is included, or seeking inclusion (at the time of application); 16 He must permit the GDC to disclose the above undertakings (1-4 and 15-16) to any person requesting information about his registration status.
