At a review hearing on 23 September 2025, the Interim Orders Committee continued the conditions on Ms Aydon's registration for the remainder of the High Court extension order. The conditions were originally imposed on 10 August 2022 for 18 months. On 9 February 2024, the High Court extended the order for 12 months. On 5 February 2025, the High Court extended the order for a further 12 months. On 2 February 2026 the High Court extended the order again for 4 months. This will be reviewed within 6 months. On 10 April 2026, the Professional Conduct Committee suspended Ms Aydon for a period of 6 months. This will be reviewed before the end of the order. The Committee also ordered that their registration be suspended immediately. [within appeal period]
