At a review hearing on 11 November 2025 the Interim Orders Committee continued the suspension on Mr Rebola Costa's registration for the remainder of the 12 month order. The interim order was originally imposed from 16 December 2024. This interim order is due to expire on 15 December 2025 and the GDC will be applying to the High Court for an extension of it. In the event that such an application is granted, the order will be reviewed in accordance with the GDC's statutory requirements.
