At a review hearing on 7 August 2025, the Interim Orders Committee continued the suspension on Mr Kundra's registration for the remainder of the High Court extension. The order was originally imposed on 19 December 2022 for a period of 18 months. The High Court extended the order on 22 May 2024 for a further 12 months. The High Court then extended the order again on 23 May 2025 for a further 9 months. This will be reviewed in 6 months.
