At a review hearing on 09 December 2025 the Interim Orders Committee continued the suspension on Mr Latos registration for the remainder of the 18 month order. At a review hearing on 1 September 2025, the Interim Orders Committee continued the suspension on Mr Latos' registration for the remainder of the High court extension. The order was originally imposed on 16 July 2021 for 18 months. The interim order has been extended by the High Court as follows: On 11 January 2023, extended for 12 months; On 12 January 2024 extended for 12 months; On 9 January 2025 extended for 12 months; On 12 January 2026, extended for 12 months. This will be reviewed within 3 months.
