At a review hearing on 24 June 2025, the Interim Orders Committee revoked the conditions previously imposed on Ms Owens' registration and imposed a suspension for the remainder of the 12 month High Court Extension. This will be reviewed in 3 months. The interim order was originally imposed on 11 November 2023 for 18 months. On 30 April 2025 the High Court extended the order for a further 12 months. This will be reviewed in 3 months.
