At a review hearing on 25 February 2026, the Interim Orders Committee continued the suspension on Ms Owens' registration for the remainder of the 12 month High Court Extension Order. The interim order was originally imposed on 11 November 2023 for 18 months. On 30 April 2025 the High Court extended the order for 12 months. This interim order is due to expire on 30 April 2026 and the GDC will be applying to the High Court for an extension of it. In the event that such an application is granted, the order will be reviewed in accordance with the GDC's statutory requirements.
