At a review hearing on 2 February 2026, the Interim Orders Committee continued the suspension on Mr Loomes’s registration for the remainder of the 15 month order. The interim order was originally imposed from 13 March 2025. On 12 June 2026, the High Court extended the order for a further 10 months. This will be reviewed within 3 months.
