Conditions:
1. He must notify the GDC within 7 days of any post he accepts for which GDC registration is required and the Commissioning Body on whose Dental Performers List he is included.
2. If employed, he must provide contact details of his employer and allow the GDC to exchange information with his employer or any contracting body for which he provides dental services.
3. He must inform the GDC within 7 days of any formal disciplinary proceedings taken against him, from the date of this determination.
4. He must inform the GDC if he applies for dental employment outside the UK.

10. He must not engage in single-handed dental practice, and must only work at premises where another dental professional or dental professionals are working at the same time as he is working.
11. He must practise under the supervision* of a named supervisor, nominated by him and approved by the GDC.
12. He must seek a report from his supervisor, for consideration by this Committee. He must provide a copy of his Workplace Supervisor report to the GDC every three months and 14 days prior to any review hearing.
13. He must inform within 14 days the following parties that his registration is subject to the conditions, listed at (1) to (12), above:
• Any locum agency or out-of-hours service he is registered with or applies to be registered with (at the time of application;
• Any prospective employer (at the time of application);
• The Commissioning Body in whose Dental Performers List he is included or seeking inclusion (at the time of application).
14. He must permit the GDC to disclose the above conditions, (1) to (4) and (10) to (14), to any person requesting information about his registration status.
*Supervised
The registrant’s day to day work must be supervised by a person who is registered with the GDC in their category of the register or above. The supervisor need not work at the same practice as the registrant, but must make themselves available to provide advice or assistance should they be required. The registrant’s work must be reviewed at least once a month by the supervisor via one to one meetings and case-based discussion. These monthly meetings must be focused on all areas of concern identified by the conditions/undertakings. These meetings may take place face to face or remotely.
Registration History:
At a review hearing on 30 October 2024 the Interim Orders Committee varied and continued Mr Isaac's conditions, originally imposed on 02 September 2022 for 18 months, for the remainder of the 12 month High Court extension order. On 23 February 2024, the High Court extended the order for 12 months. On 21 February 2025, the High Court extended the order for a further 12 months. This will be reviewed within 6 months.
