At a review hearing on 9 July 2025 the Interim Orders Committee continued the suspension on Mr McLauchlan's registration for the remainder of the 10 month High Court extension. An interim order of conditions was originally imposed on 9 February 2025. At a review hearing on 19 July 2025, the Interim Orders Committee revoked the conditions and imposed an interim order of suspension which was imposed from 25 July 2024. The High Court extended the order on 2 May 2025 for a further 10 months. This will be reviewed in 6 months.
