At a review hearing on 28 October 2024 the Interim Orders Committee continued the suspension on Mr Hamilton's registration for the remainder of the 12 month High Court extension order. The order was originally imposed on 6 December 2022 for 15 months. On 1 March 2024 the High Court extended the order for 12 months. The High Court extended the order again on 28 February 2025 for a further two months. This will be reviewed before the order expires.

On 20 March 2025 the Professional Conduct Committee suspended Mr Hamilton for a period of 12 months. This will be reviewed before the end of the order. The Committee also ordered that their registration be suspended immediately. [within appeal period]
