At a review hearing on 1 August 2024, the Interim Orders Committee continued the suspension on Ms Bijlani's registration for the remainder of the 12 month High Court extension. The suspension was originally imposed on 3 September 2021 for 18 months. On 16 February 2023 the High Court extended the order for 9 months. On 28 November 2023 the High Court extended the order for a further 12 months. On 5 November 2024 the High Court extended the order again for a further 12 months. This will be reviewed in 6 months.

At a review hearing on 2 February 2024, the Professional Conduct Committee extended the suspension on Ms Bijlani's registration for a further 12 months. This will be reviewed before the end of the order. Ms Bijlani has been suspended since 24 June 2021].
