Registration History:
At a review hearing on 31 January 2025, the Professional Conduct Committee extended the suspension on Ms Bijlani's registration for a further 12 months. This will be reviewed before the end of the order. Ms Bijlani's has been suspended since 24 June 2021.
At a review hearing on 10 January 2025, the Interim Orders Committee continued the suspension on Ms Bijlani's registration for the remainder of the 12 months High Court Extension order. The suspension was originally imposed on 3 September 2021 for 18 months.
The High Court extended the interim order as follows:
On 16 February 2023, extended for 9 months.
On 28 November 2023, extended for 12 months.
On 5 November 2024, extended for 12 months.
This will be reviewed in 6 months.
