Registration History:

At a review hearing on 3 December 2025 the Interim Orders Committee continued the suspension on Mr Macmillan’s registration for the remainder of the 12 Month High Court extension. The order was originally imposed on 31 March 2023 for 18 months. On 17 September 2024 the High Court extended the order for 12 months. On 19 September 2025 the High Court extended the order for a further 12 months. This will be reviewed in 6 months.
