At a review hearing on 24 June 2026, the Interim Orders Committee continued the suspension on Mr Virdee's registration for the remainder of the order. The interim order was originally imposed from 18 April 2023. On 3 October 2024 the High Court extended the order for 12 months. On 2 October 2025 the High Court extended the order for a further 6 months. On 13 April 2026, the High Court extended the order for a further 3 months. This will be reviewed within 3 months.
