At a review hearing on 6 August 2025, the Interim Orders Committee continued the suspension on Mr Challa's registration for the remainder of the High Court extension order. The suspension was originally imposed on 1 March 2022 for 15 months. On 25 May 2023, the High Court extended the order for 12 months. On 23 May 2024, the High Court extended the order for a further 12 months. On 27 May 2025, the High Court extended the interim order for 12 months. This will be reviewed within 6 months.
