Registration History:
At a review hearing on 19 March 2024 the Interim Orders Committee continued the suspension on Mr Anderson's registration for the remainder of the 18 month order. The order was originally imposed on 21 November 2022. This interim order is due to expire on 20 May 2024 and the GDC will be applying to the High Court for an extension of it. In the event that such an application is granted, the order will be reviewed in accordance with the GDC's statutory requirements. This will be reviewed in 3 months.
